RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul , upon request of
the Mayor an�l the recommendation of the Long Range Capital Improvement
Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement Bond Budget for 1971 ,
as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council is hereby further
amended in the following particulars:
1) That a project entitled "Hidde� Fa�l�s Par�--Uevelopme�r�°
be created with a transfer of $62,317 from the "Battle
Creek Flood ContrQl-Athletic Fie1d° .p�eject and
2) That $32,683 be transferred from the 1971 CIB Unallocated
Administrative Reserve Account to the above created project
entitled "Hidden Falls Park Development".
For a net change in the budget of zero.

The Long--Rarige Capital Improvement Budget Committee at its July 12, 1974
meeting ��ras presented with a Parks and Recreation request for an .
additional allocation of $°S,OOQ for the Hiddzn Falls project. • �
The money is needed to complete the restoration of the falls and
the stone retaining ���all and for the construction of the picnic pavilion.

is enclosed for your information.)
The CI6 Committee voted unanimously to recommend to the t�fayor and
City Council :
"That an additional $95,000 be allocated to the Hidden Falls
Park Development project ti�rith a transfer of �62,317 from the
1.971 CIB funded "Battle Creel� Flood Control - Athletic Field"
project and $32,683 1'rom the 1971_ CIB Unallocated Administrative
. Reserve Account".
The necessary council resolution has been prepared and should arrive
for your consideration shortly. . .. _
