Dear Mayor Cohen:
Certain city properties identified by code number on the attached
Council Resolution were inadvertently assessed for street maintenance.
Since these assessments have been paid, we are requesting that refunds
in the amounts indicated be authorized.
These errors consisted of incorrect coding of property usabe and were
called to our attention by the property owners either by letter or telephone;
they were then verified in our Department. The parties involved have not
applied for abatement.
