IN THE MATTER OF 1116 Ashland Avenue, owned by
Sam Rosenthal, and described as, "Lot 4 and Part 5 ,
Block 21, Anna E. Ramsey�s addition,"
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby ratifies and approves the action of the City of Saint
Paul Board of Appeals and Review at its meeting of August 13 ,
1974, pertaining to Case No, 31-74-H granting a LIFETIME OF
STRUCTURE VARIANCE from the requirements of Sections 54.13
(d) and 54.13 (f) , Minimum Housing Standards, of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code , so as, respectively, to permit cellar
occupancy and access to bathroom through a bedroam; and, be
it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution
to the Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
