RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
' by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pa.y out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Tina Isa.a.c the sum of $88.00 in full settlement
of her claim of damages sustained on or about
July 12, 1974, as more particularly set out in a,
communica,tion to the City Council on August 6, 1974.
2. Gordon Holmgren, the sum of $85.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or abaut
M�y 15, 1974, a.s more paxticularly set out in a.
communication to the City Council on August 6, 1974.
3. Clayton Ogg the sum of $144.00 in full settlement
of his cla im of da.ma.ges sustained on or a.baut
August 7, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on August 13, 1974.
4. Donna, Oerter the sum of $94.00 in full settlement
of her claim of da.mages sustained on or about
June 2, 1974.
5. Dale Dawson the sum of $400.00 upon the return of
vehicle, in full settlement of his cla.im of damages
sustained on or a.bout March 9, 1974, as more
particularly set out in a communica.tion to the
City Council on May 2, 1974.

Claimant, Tina Isaac, was involved in an auto accident
wit h a City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on
August 6, 1974. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Isaac' s
claim in the amount of $88.00.
Claima.nt, Gordon Holmgren, requests reimbursement for
difference he paid a sidewalk contractor to put in a side-
walk and what he would have been assessed if the City
would have issued its order for a new sidewalk sooner.
Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Holmgren' s claim in the amount of
$85.00.
Claimant, Clayton Ogg, was involved in an auto accident
with a City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on
August 7, 1974. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Ogg' s claim
in the amount of $144.00.
Claimant, Donna Oerter, requests partial reimbursement
for pound fees paid for the return of her two dogs. The
court gave Ms. Oerter custody of the dogs upon payment
of dog pound fees. Upon appeal to the court, Judge Salland
suspended $94.00 of the fee. This office approves the
settlement of Ms. Oerter' s claim in the amount of $94.00.

Claimant, Dale Dawson, requests reimbursement for a
motor vehicle he purchased at the City auction. When
Mr. Dawson tried to register the vehicle, he was
unable to get a clear title. Laibility is on the part
of the City. This office appro ves the settlement of
Mr. Dawson' s cla.im in the amount of $400.00 which will
be paid when he returns the vehicle to the City im-
pounding lot. Check will be at the lot when he returns
the vehicle.
