CLAIMS AGAINST THE CI'I'Y OF SAINT PAUL
BY EDWARD SOLTAU, TERRY L. BURTON, AND
HERBERT C. MARZ
Claima.nt, Edwa.rd 5olta.u, requests rei.mbursement for an
improper parking ticket, towing and storage cha.rges.
His vehicle was improperly towed at the direction of
the Police Department. Liability is on the part of the
City. This office approves of the settlement of
Mr. Soltau' s claim in the amount of $25.00 .
Claimant, Terry L. Burton, was involved in an accident
� with a Saint Paul Department of Public Works snow plow
. on December 8, 1973. Liability is on the part of the
=` City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
� vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Burton' s claim in the a.mount of $565.60.
� Claimant, Herbert C. Marz, requests payment t� his damaged
vehicle which wa.s involved in an accident with a Saint
Paul Police vehicle on December 15, 1973. Mr. Marz' s
vehicle was driven by his da.ughter, Ma.ry Marz. Liability
is on the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair
of the da,ma.ged vehicle. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Ma.rz' s cla.im in the amount of $408.39.
