WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul ha.s received a
request to create a Payne Avenue Development District; and
WHEREAS, There is need for further study before the Council
can be in a position to establish the District boundaries and adopt
a Development Program; and
WHEREAS, The Ma.yor and Council jointly agree tha.t there should
be appointed a Task Force for the purpose of advising the City
Council in the develop�nen� `and implementation of the Development
District boundaries and the Development District Program; now�
therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby concur in the recommendations of the Ma.yor and does hereby
establish a Payne Avenue Development District Task Force to advise
the Council and the Planning Agency in the establishment of the
Develo�nent District boundaries and defining in detail the proposals
and activities which can be undertaken within said District and
incorporated in a Development Program; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That the Council hereby approves the follow-
ing appointments by the Ma.yor to said Payne Avenue Development
District Task Force: •
