3 . Ma.ry Morton the sum of $19.00 in full settlement of
her claim of damages susta.ined on or about January 2,

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY DAVID BERGMAN, PAUL ROUNDY FOR
PEOPLES PLUMBING & HEATING CO. , AND
MARY MORTON
Claimant, David Bergman, requests payment for property
damaged when he vehicle was improperly towed. Liability
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Bergman' s claim in the amount of $31.35.
Claimant, Pa.ul Roundy, was involved in an accident with
a Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on December 12, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Roundy' s claim in the amount of
$82.40.
Claimant, Mary Morton, requests payment for towing charges
when her vehicle was improperly towed. Liability is on
�e pa.rt of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Ms. Morton' s claim in the amount of $19.00.
