MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARY LOU WOOD, RAYMOND K. KENOW, AND
VIRGINIA K. HEGER
Claimant, Ma.ry Lou Wood, requests payment to her damaged
vehicle which was involved in an a.ccident with a Department
of Public Works vehicle. Ms. Wood' s vehicle was driven
by her son, David E. Wood. Liability is on the pa rt of
the City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Wood' s
claim in the amount of $297.70.
Claimant, Raymond K. Kenow, requests payment for property
damaged as a result of a sewer back-up on November 28,
1973. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged property - materials and
labor. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Kenow' s
claim in the amount of $100.00
Claimant, Virginia K. Heger, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul police vehicle on December 20, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mrs. Heger' s claim in the amount of
$101.32.
