RESOLVED, Tha.t in accordance with the authority granted to
the City of Saint Paul pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section
462 .581(3), and upon application made by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul, the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby waive the following specified building code
requirement as it applies to the Downtown Development Project
concerning construction of the skyway connection for the American
Nationa.l Bank Building:
1) Sec. 509 - Construction of arcades connecting buildings;
� 2) Sec. 3304(g) - Construction of corridor walls; and
�- 3) Sec. 3304(h) - Protection of openings and maximum
size of openings in corridor walls.
