_ RESOLVED� that the Council of the Gity of Saint Paul hereby
approves amendment to H. F. 2866, now before the Minnesota State
Legislature , so as to authorize the Saint Paul Housing and
Redevelopment Authority to make rehabilitation loans l�n.ywhere
- within the limits of the City of Sain.t Paul' to persons of low
and n�oderate income , and to remoye the pre�ent limitation con—
tained in Laws �9v�3, Chapter_395, of �1,000,000 per year for
this purpose , and recommends the same to the, Ramsey �'ounty=Senate
and House delegations . i i'
