WHEREAS= The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted
a public hearing for the purpose of determining the 1974 Tree
Maintenance Program and proposed service cha.rges to be levied
therefor against benefited properties; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the Council does hereby approve the 1974 Tree
Maintena.nce Program as submitted by the Department of Community
Services and the estima.ted cost of such service to be charged
against benefited property, as set forth in the Department' s report,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and
the Department of Community Services is hereby authorized to perform
the said tree ma.intena.nce work and report its costs to the Department
of Finance and Mana.gement Services in the manner required by
Cha.pter 19 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code.
