� At this time the B_oard took up for continuance of hearing, the appeal
`� �j of 806 N. Albert, which has been delayed earlier in the meeting, since
:�•� Building Inspector Amey had now returned to the meeting. .

C'V,_: I�1r. Amey was b.r. iefed on the ear�ier discussion, which had taken place
o regarding changes to be made at the premises . 1�7r. Amey stated that the
� Building Code requirement was a technical one, and that they had no
ob} ection to the use af the premises in the matter described.
l•4r. Voigt then r40VED that the appeal be granted under the condition
that the building be continued to be used only as a half-tiJay house in
�lie matter described.
�1rs . Sommerdorf asked if thE letter of Deceniber 13, 1972 , attached to
tlle application form regarding sprinlclers , held any current relevancy,
- P�1r. Amey stated that the matter in question regarding the installation
of sprinklers under the boilers tivas no longer a req_uirement under the
new State Building Code .
