Saint Paul hereby requests the City Attorney to appeal
from the judgment entered in trial court on November 29 ,
1973 in the case of Gerald Bodin, et al, vs . The C�ty
of Saint Paul, a Municipal Corporation, the Civil Service
Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, and the Chief of Police
of the City of Saint Paul, Richard Rowan.
