MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY RAY MINER AND EVERETT E. MYERS
Claimant, Ray Miner, was involved in a.n accident with a
Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on October 2, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Miner' s claim in the amount of
$388.38.
Claimant, Everett E. Myers, wa,s involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul Department of Public Works snow plow
on December 5, 1973. Liability is on the part of the
City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Myers' claim in the amount of $150.00.
