The following Hidden Fa11s Project elements are included in
the bove referenced City contract.
Estimated Actual
Item Cost Cost
l. Site Grading $20, 000 $10, 828.00
2. Topsoil 25, 000 16, 969. 50
3. Seed and Fertilizer 10, 000 3, 200.00
4. "avilion Parking Lot 17, 000 7, 300.00
5. Boat Launch and Picnic
Area Parking Lots ___ 19, 000 _i 23, 010.00
sub-total $91, 000 $61, 307, 50
6. Concrete plank Boat Launc:h _ _S_14, 600.00
_ total $91, 000 $75, 907. 50
Since actual project costs are less than anticipated
($91,000 - $61, 307 . 50 = $29, 692. 50) for this segment of the
total Hidden Falls project, we can change the project scope
to include the boat ramp structure at the cost of $14, 600
without requesting a change in the project dollar amount.
If it is allowable to fund the boat ramp structure in this
manner, we still have a surplus of funding equalling $15, 092 . 50.
