This registered bill was issued as a result of an
accident where a vehicle driven by Wendy Jean (Healey)
Manthei struck a street light standard on So. Wabasha.
As part of the disposition of the criminal charges
in this matter, restitution was ordered by the court.
The bill as issued included itemized charges of
$250 . 00 for labor and $92 . 00 for use of trucks. A
dispute arose as to these charges and a settlement
has been reached at $417 .88 . This office recommends
acceptance of the settlement at that figure .
