SUBJECT: Atached ordinances
It appears that both the proposed ordinances grant
unilateral benefits to workers covered: by collective
bargaining units . If the City desires to grant these
extended benefits , the respective business agents
should be contacted prior to introduction of the
ordinances and their concurrence obtained.
