Be it FLJRTHER RESOLVED, that these rates reflect a zero percent increase over 2002 Sanitary Sewer Service Charge rates; and Be :t FLTRTI3ER RESOLVED, that a minimum Sanitary Sewer Service Chazge shall be levied and assessed to every property based upon water meter size.
