WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C.F. 2634�9 , granting permission to the Port
Authority of the City of Saint Paul, to reconstruct, maintain, and oper-
ate two existing railroad tracks across Childs Road, has been prepared
and introduced to the Council of the City of Saint Paul , and will be �
adopted on �,y $� 1971�. , to be effective eventually on June 11, 19']�+;
now, therefore, be it;
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordi�ance becoming effective, the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
Permit to the Port Authority, for the reconstruction of said crossings,
subject to the same conditions and requirements established in Ordinance
C.F. No. 263�+19 , pending before the Councit of the City of Saint Paul , in-
formal approval of the construction of said crossings being hereby given
in anticipation of the final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
