In the Matter of improving Warner Road from Sibley St. to the Northeasterly ead of
the Reserve St. Bridge by widening aad repaving the roadbed, constructing n!w
westbound bridge, Childs Road Bridge aad rese�rfacing esisting eastbound bridge,
grading and paving the approachea to the Child's Road Interchange, coAStructing an
oraa�ental Lighting Sqstem, and do all other work necessarq and incid�ntal to said
improvement; and
Acquiring the right-of-waq required for coastruction and widening of Warner Road
between Sibleq St. and the west end of Reserve St. Bridge, P•0358b•2, grading
aad paving of the approaches to t�ild's Road Interchange, P-0358B-3 known as
City Project P-0358B2R, all as shown on Public [iorks right-of-way draWinga;
under Administrative Order D-1057 approved Januas't► 17� 1974
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said re ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $����5�15f�.00
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2t►d day of OCtober� 1974, at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
