BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that lines 16 through 18 of the Resolution are amended to read as follows: " that the underlying fee title of the above described part of Toronto Street is hereby vacated, and the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to convey title to the property by quit claim deed to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota."
