Court House and Cit�'`Hall Building, in the City of S . Paul; that the Director of�'inance give notice of said meetings,as
required by the Char�'er, stating in said notice the ti e and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particu ar owner to whom the notice is directed.
