The Examiner of Titles ha.s in ica.ted tha.t the City of Saint Paul should be named as a efendant in the registration proceedings because there y be some question �� to whether the property lines of the roperty and land sought to be registered would infringe pon the City' s street right-of- way. I have requested and recei ed a report from the City Valua.tion Engineer tha.t t description of the land sought to be registered does not �infringe upon the City' s street right-of-way and tha.t the � is no appa.rent conflict with the City street. The attorneys for the app �.cants have requested tha.t the City of Saint Paul assent to their registration of title. I ha.ve prepared and transmi ' a resolution of the City Council authorizing the City Atto ey to sign this assent to regis- tration. I am also enclos�.ng a copy of the letter of the Valua.tion Engineer. I request tha.t you submit this to the City Council and request their approval.
