WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement has
requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider the ad-
visability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and removal of
the following described building, said structure having been reported
to constitute a public hazard:
847-49 Marshall Lot 12, Block 4, Two sto�y
Ed Dean's Sub of Frame Duplex
Smith and Lott' s
Outlots
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owner of said build-
ing is Kermit I . Lecy.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and be-
fore the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the
Court House in said city at 10:00 A.M. on September i2, 1974 to consider the
advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and re-
moval of said structure on the above described property inasmuch as said
structure is reported to constitute a hazard to public health, safety and
welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code En-
forcement, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record owner
of the property in question at the l�st known address, as well as other
interested persons of recard, of the date and time of the hearing.
