RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby concur in the recommendation of the Ma.yor tha.t the staff
of the Of f ice of Planning be expa.nded to undertake needed planning
for proposed and presently adopted development districts, and
the City Council sha.11 provide the necessary funds in the 1975
Budget so as to adequa.tely fund the two additiona.l positions re-
quired.
