W'I�REAS, The City of St. Paul, Department of Public Works, Y�as a
pro�ect to repair a 12" V.C.P. sec�rer in a 4 foot perm�nent easement, being
the west �+ feet of the east 14 feet of Lot 9, B1ock 1., R. F. Ma.rvin's
Addition, f�am Nebraska Avenue to 124 feet south, necessitating a temporary
construetion easqnent on that tract of land described as;
The West 7 feet of the East 10 feet of Lot 9,
Block l, R. F. Nlarvin's Addition; and
W�REAS, The awners of sa.id tract, William E. and Robin A. $ydukovich,
are willing to grant said temporary easement to the City for use by the City's
forces for the repair of said se�wer for the sum of One (1) Dollar and other
good and. valual�le consideration; and
W��RFrAS, The City agrees to restore the landsca.pe improvements on the
property described above; ncyw, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the atta.ched temporary construction easements fram said
owners to the City of St. Paul, approved. as to form by the City Attorney, be
and the same hereby are in all thitt�s approved; and the proper City officials
are hereby authorized and directed to execute sa3.d �.sements on behalf of said
� City; and
FURTI�R RESOLVED� That the temporary construction easement sha]1 continue
in flzll force and ef`�ect until December 31, 1qT�+, or the completion of the
construction project, whichever co�mes first.
