CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
MARTIN LEIBL, KENNETH CARR, ROBERT R.
YAEGER, PEGGY M. KRUEGER, AND PETER A: AND
JUDITH M. BRANDT
Claimant, Martin Leibl, requests reimburs�ment for a
fence post which was damaged by a City of 'Sa.int Pa.ul
rubbish truck. Liability is on the part af the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr.� Leibl' s
cla.im in the amount of $15.00. '
Claimant, Kenneth Carr, requests the retur� of his
money for a ca.r he purchased at a City auc�tion. He
is unable to get a registration on the carl. Liability
is on the part of the City. This office a proves the
settlement of Mr. Carr' s cla.im on the cond tion that
he returns the car to the City Impounding ot at the
same time he picks up his check. The amou�t of the
claim is $300.00. !i
Claimant, Robert R. Yaeger, requests reimbursement for
fencing that was damaged as the result of a Saint Paul
City Public Works vehicle backing into it. �� Liability
is onthe part of the City. This office applroves the
settlement of Mr. Yaeger' s claim in the amofunt of $74.72.

Claimant, Peggy M. Krueger, requests reimbu�sement for
a door that was damaged by policemen on the'� City of
Saint Paul force. Police broke down the wr�ng apartment
door when responding to a prowler call. Li�bility is on
the part of the City. This office approveslthe settle-
ment of Ms. Krueger' s claim in the a.mount o� $198.00.
