WHEREAS, The Housing and Redevelopment Author' ty ha.s
requested tha.t the City of Saint Paul issue Six Million Dollars
of the City' s General Obligation Bonds for urban r newal and
neighborhood development program purposes so as to permit the
Authority to meet its obligations for projects up o and in-
cluding December 31, 1974, pursuant to the authori y granted by
Cha.pter 881, La.ws of Mi�nn.esota for 1963, as amende�.; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED� Tha.t t�e Council of the City of Sai� t Paul does
hereby authorize the sale and issua.nce of the City of Sa.int Paul
General Obligation Bonds for urban renewal and nei hborhood
development purposes in the amount of Six Million ollars� and
the Director of the Department of Finance and Ma.na.�ement Services
is hereby authorized and directed, with the advice of the Council' s
Finance Comm�ttee, to take all actions necessary t ma.ke it
possible for the Council to sell and issue the sai bonds.
