RESOLVED, that upon the filing of a stipulation of
dismissal in the matter of Joseph Gubasch v. City of St. Paul,
before the Municipal Court of the City of Saint ' Paul, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of
the Judgment and Compromise Fund, 09065-420-000, the sum of
�i43. 90 to s.aid Joseph Gubasch, representing se�tlement of a
dis�uted charge for abatement of nuisanee at 50�j-509 Holly and

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOSEPH GUBASCH
Mr. Gubasch disputes the amou�it of an assessment for
abatement of nuisance at 505-509 Holly and 4'752
West Seventh Street and sued in Conciliation Court ,
appealed to Saint Paul Municipal Court . This office
recommends settlement of the matter for the difference
between the final billing of �212. 50 and the amount Mr.
Gubasch paid to the County for the assessment, �356 . 40,
or a rebate to Mr. Gubasch of �143. 90.
