RESOLVED, Tha.t upon execution a.nd delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to: '
l. Mrs. Willis Marsh the sum of $48.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
November 22, 1971, as more particula.rly set out in
a communication to the City Council on July 18, 1973.
2. Joseph Brenner the sum of $33.35 in full settlement
, of his claim of damages susta.ined on or about July 26,
1973, as more pa.rticula.rly set out in a. communica.tion
to the City Council on July 27, 1973.

property da.maged by a City of Saint Paul tree trimming
crew. Expenses are for the repa.ir of the da.mages side-
walk. Lia.bility is on the part of the C',ity, This office
a.pproves the settlement of Mrs. Marsh' s claim in the
amount of $48.00.
