hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute a consent �agreement
allowing additional construction at ttie St. Pau1 Ramsey Hospital
to be funded by the County ofRamsey; said consen� being
necessitated by virtue of the part ownership in �aid hospital
by the City of St. Paul, and said consent agreement being
sumanarized as follows:
1. That the City shall have the right to place no
more than two representatives on any building com�aittee to be
established pursuant to an agreement between the County of
Ramsey and a private architectural firm.
2. That the City shall not be financia�ly liable for
architectural services under any agreement betwe n the County
of Ramsey and a private architectural firm. '
3. That there shall be no crnamitment o� funds for
physical improvements to St. Paul Ramsey Hospital. without the
prior approval of the City of Saint Paul.
