� BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF' MINNESOTA :
Section l. Laws 1973, Chapter 757, Section 3, Subdivision
, 3 is amended to read as follo�as: .
Subd. 3. The city is authorized to levy such an amount -
each year as is necessary to make the payment required under this
act . Such levy shall be in excess of any limitation imposed by
law,• or the city is hereby authorized to �e11 bonds in such amoun�
� as trrill _provide funds �e-�a�-��e-pt����e-e���e�eesl-�e�}�e�ae�� '
assee�at�-e�-tl�e-e����e-t���a�c�-�a�a�ee=e�-t�e-�e���-eb�}ga��e�;
sufficient �to pay the public employees � retirement a�sociation -
the entire unpaid balance of the total obli�;ation plus an amount
equal to the inf;erest due and to become dve on the unpaid balance

bonds . The amount of bonds so authorized to be �old may be
� increased, if necessary, to an amourit which is a multiple of $5,000.

The maturity of such bonds shall not l�e more than 15 �Tears
