This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on August 15, 1974, at which time staff recommended approval of the pe�nit subject to the conci:tions of the Traffic Engineer. A motion to recommend approval of the permit carried unanimously. Revised plans received September 16, 1974, meet design standards.
