RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Gene Sullivan and Donald Sullivan the sum of $120.75
in full settlement of their claim of damages sus-
tained on or about July 16, 1974, as more particu-
larly set out in a communication to the City Council
on September 3, 1974.
2. Jeffrey J. Gryskiewicz t he sum of $16.63 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or
about August 2, 1974, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on September 4,
1974.
3. Theodore J. Stack the sum of $59.60 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
August 27, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on September 3, 1974.
4. Raymond Heichel the sum of $15.00 in full settlement
of his claim of dama.ges sustained on or about July 30,
1974, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on August 29, 1974.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL �
BY GENE SULLIVAN AND DONALD SULIVAN;
JEFFREY J. GRYSKIEWICZ; THEODORE J.
STACK; AND RAYMOND HEICHEL
Claimant, Donald Sullivan, requests reimbursement for
medical bills incurred as a result of an injury during
the City of Saint Paul Fire Fighter Physical Test at
the Hippodorme on the State of Minnesota Fair Grounds.
Gene Sullivan, father of Donald, filed the claim.
Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves
the settlement of the Sullivans' claim in the amount
of $120.75.
Claimant Jeffrey J. Gryskiewicz, was involved in an
accident with a City of Saint Paul police vehicle on
August 2, 1974. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repairs of the damages to the bike
ra.ek. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Gryskiewicz' s claim in the amount of $16.63 .
Claimant, Theodore J. Stack, requests reimbursement for
damage done to his automobile which occurred as the re-
sult of a tree limb hitting roof while city crews were
trimming trees. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Stack' s claim
in the amount of $59.60.
Claima.nt, Raymond Heichel, requests reimbursement for
damages to his storm door which resulted from a forced
entry by Saint Paul Police Officers in the attempt to
arrest a burglary suspect. Liability is on the part of
