Seventh to Case, M-0430A. An additional $40,070 be allocated to this project by transferring $34,247.68 from the Unallocated Reserve and $5,822.32 from the project ST-46, Kellogg Blvd - Seven Corners to Pleasant. Capp Rd. Lighting - Vandalia - Ellis - Transfer - Hersey, M-0559. An additional $8,350.00 be allocated to this project by transferring $8,350.00 from the project ST-46, Kellogg Blvd. - Seven Corners to Pleasant. For a net change in the budget of zero.
