RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul , upon the request of the Mayor
and the recommendation of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Com�nittee,
that the Budget for the 1974 Capital Improvement Program as adopted by City
Council Resolution No. 262422 and as �reviously amended, is hereby further
amended so as to add the following Lighting Projects, to be financed with funds
from the 1953 Second United Bond Program as indicated: -
Arcade St. Lighting - E. Seventh to Case, M-0430A. An additional $40,070
be allocated to this project by transferring $34,247.68 from the Unallocated
Reserve and $5,822.32 from the project ST-46, Kellogg Blvd - Seven Corners
to Pleasant.
Capp Rd. Lighting - Vandalia - Ellis - Transfer - Hersey, M-0559. An
additional $8,350.00 be allocated to this project by transferring $8,350.00
from the project ST-46, Kellogg Blvd. - Seven Corners to Pleasant.
For a net change in the budget of zero.

The Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee at its August 20, 1974
meeting was presented with two Public Works requests for transfers of monies to
previously approved projects.
The CIB Committee voted unanimously to recorrm�end to the Mayor and City Council :
"TE�at from the 1953 Bond Fund allocations, transfer $34,247.68 from
the Unallocated Reserve and $5,822.32 from the project ST-46, Kellogg Blvd.-
Seven Corners to Pleasant, to the lighting project M-0430A, Arcade St.-E. Seventh
to Case; and transfer $8,350 from ST-46 Kellogg Blvd.-Seven Corners to Pleasant.
to the lighting project M-0559 Capp Rd.-Vandalia to Ellis and Transfer to Hersey."
