WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul by its Resolution
C. F. 263193, adopted Ma.rch 6� 1974, authorized the Mayor to submit
applica.tion on behalf of the City to the Governor's Crime Commission
for the project entitled "La.w Enforcement Communica.tions System",
requesting funds in the amount of $903,265.00, which applica.tion
has been approved and Grant Agreement submitted for acceptance by
the City; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the Council does hereby authorize and direct
the proper City officers to execute on behalf of the City a Grant
Agreement with the State of Minnesota Governor� s Commission on
Crime Prevention and Control for the project entitled "La.w Enforce-
ment Communications System", providing the City with the sum of
$994,264.00, and the City to contribute the sum of $54,436.00; the
Grant period commencing July 1� 1974 through June 30, 1976; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to take all actions necessary and proper to comply with the
terms and. conditions of the Grant Agreement.
