release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby a.uthorized a.nd directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Eunice Chesky and Helen V. Wallgren the sum of
$155.00 in fu11 settlement of their claim of damages
sustained on or about April 19, 1974, a.s more
particularly set out in a. communication to the City
Council on July 5, 1974.
2 . Allen Ha.mari the si.un of $47.28 in full settlement
of his cla.im of damages sustained on or about
August 2, 1974, a.s more pa.rticularly set out in a.
communication to the City Council on August 13, 1974.
3. Marie Weber the sum of $4�.25 in full settlement of
her claim of damages susta.ined on or about June 27,
1974, as more pa.rticula,rly set out in a communica.tion
to the City Council on July 11, 1974.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY EUNICE CHESKY AND HELEN V. WALLGREN;
ALLEN HAMARI; AND MARIE WEBER
Cla.imants, Eunice Chesky and Helen V. Wa.11gren, request
reimbursement for damage to their retaining wa.11 which
occurred as the result of a Department of Public Works
Sanitation Rubbish Truck ba.cking into the wall. Lia.bility
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Miss Chesky and Mrs. Wallgren' s claim in
the amount of $155.00.
Claima.nt, Allen Hamari, request reimbursement for damage
to his motorcycle which occurred when police were trans-
porting the cycle from the location it was found to the
police property room. Liability is on the part of the
City. This office approves the settlemen t of Mr. Hamari' s
claim in the a,mount of $47.28.
Claimant, Marie Weber, requests reimbursement of inedica.l
bills which were incurred as the result of turning her
ankle on da.maged city sidewa.lk. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Ms. Weber' s claim in the amount of $49.25.
