RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby direct the
Department of Public Works to remove the load limits posted on Bridge No. 90431,
RFa�:Y STREET o�ver tracks of Burlington Northern Inc. , as approved by Resolution,
Council File No. 263708, dated June 19, 1974, and it is ftiirther
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve that
the use of sa3d REANEY STREET BRIDC� be restricted to only one truck at a time,
and the Department of PubLic Works is directed to so post said Reaney Street Bridge
with Minnesota Highway Department standard signs type R12-X3.

The attached Council Resolution removes the restrictions formerly placed
on the Reaney St. Bridge because the railroad has carried out some repairs.
The bridge will now be posted to permit one legal weight truck at a time.
