RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 231.07 dealing with
Sewer Service Availability Cha.rges (SAC)� the Council does hereby
set a public hearing on the proposed increase of SAC charges from
$300.00 per unit to $325.00 per unit, to be held on !� '� �
Nov�mber 19, 1974, at 10:00 A.M. , in the Council Chambers� and the
City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing;
the publication of which is to be had at least seven days before
the hearing.
