Cohen, Mayor City of St. Paul 347 City Hall St. Paul , Minnesota 55102 Honorable Mayor Cohen: I am transmitting the recorrunendations the Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee made at its October 8, 1974 meeting. All three recommendations relate to various requests submitted by the Public Works Department and have been reviewed and approved by myself prior to consideration by the CIB Committee. The CIB Committee voted unanimously to recommend to the Mayor and City Council : "That the 197£� Capital Improvement Budget be amended by transferring $20,000.00 from the account 92570-001 (M-0439) Kellogg Boulevard Lighting, Sibley to John to the account 92570-006 (M-0588) North Park Drive Lighting, Hazel to McKnight." "That the 1974 Capital Improvement Budget be amended by transferring a total of $38,300.00 from the Unallocated Administrative Reserve Account to three paving projects in the following amounts: Transfer $10,300.00 to the account 92074-006 Syndicate Street, St. Anthony to University (P-0541 ). Transfer $12,500.00 to the account 92074-005 Dunlap Street, Bigelow to University (P-0512) . Transfer $15,500.00 to the account 92074-007 Griggs Street, St. Anthony-to University (P-0542). " City Hall, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 �� . � � c645�4 _2.. � "That the 'Required Amendments to Past Approved Budgets, Needed to Complete Funding of Projects Proposed For 1975' as identified on page 14 of the Mayor's Proposed Bud�et= 1975 Ca ital Im rovement Pro ram w ic were no previous y reviewe y e ommittee ecause the supplemental financing requests were submitted after the CIB Committee's final recommendations and there was not sufficient time to meet before the printing of the Mayor's Budget, and those amendments being all those relating specifically to Warner Road Paving at the Childs Road Interchange, Warner Road Paving, Sibley to Reserve Street Bridge, and Kellogg Boulevard Bridge Repair from St. Peter to Wabasha, have all been reviewed; and as the CIB Committee concurs with those amendments as proposed by Mayor Cohen, the CIB Committee recommends to the City Council that the identified amendments be made."
