RESOLVED, That Thomas Miller be and hereby is granted
a permit to operate a used car lot on property located on
the west side of Snelling between Thamas and Edmund, more
particularly described as follows :
Lot 7 and 8, Block 1, R. B. Thompson
Addition;
all in accordance with plans dated Received October 3, 1974;
subject to the condition that said applicant-permittee, and
his successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of municipal ordinances, state
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities having
cognizance.

Dear Madam:
This is written in response to the application of Thomas Miller for a
permit to operate a used car lot on property located on the west side
of Snelling between Thomas and Edmund. This property is further
described as follows:
Lot 7 and 8, Block 1, R.B. Thompson Addition
This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on September 5, 1974, at
which time staff recommended approval of the permit based on the plan
meeting the Traffic Engineer's requirements.
Mr. Miller, the applicant, said he will meet City requirements.
A motion was made and seconded to recommend approval of the permit subject
to the plan meeting the requirements of City departments. The motion
carried unanimously.

Asbury. One block north of the subject site on the east side of Snelling,
the playground is zoned "A" Residential. University Avenue frontage is
zoned Light Industrial.
C. DESIGN STANDARDS: Minor revisions of the plan were requested by the
Traffic Engineer.
D. FRONTAGE AND AREA: The site has a frontage of 50 feet on Snelling and a
depth of 125.07 feet, for an area of 6253.5 square feet.
E. SITE CONDITIONS: The site contains a conttnercial structure used as the office
for used car sales. The rest of the lot is vacant with a crushed limestone
surface.
F. AREA CONDITIONS: Snelling Avenue is co�anercially developed, A playground
exists one block north on the east side of Snelling, with residences on
the west side. The areas east and wesC of Snelling are residentially
