This property is further described as follows: East 216.7 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block 6, Hudson Road Gardens. This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on August 1, 1974, at which time staff recommended approval of the permit. There was discussion among the Board members and a neighbor about a fence that will be provided and about the retention of trees in the area.
