RE30LVED, that upon filing in District Court of an Order for
Judgment dismissing with prejudice plaintiffs' cause of actior�
against the City of Saint Paul in the case of "James Harris, a �ainor,
by Ruby Mason, his mother and legal guardian, and Rub� Mason,
individually, vs. The City of St. Paul, a municipal co=poration,
and the Metropolitan Transit Commission, a public corporation" ,
the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-42�-000 to Ruby Mason and
James Barris and Joseph H. Rivard, attorney, the sum of One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars in full settlement of their claim for damages
sustained as a result of an accident that occurred on or about
October 4, 1972 and as more fully set out in the Notice of Claim
presented to the Council on October 16, 1972.
