WHEREAS� The Council ha.s vacated a portion of Weide Street
subject to the condition tha.t Independent School District No. 625,
petitioner, dedicate 1a�.d for alley purposes, which deed of dedi-
cation has been presented to the Council for acceptance, and the
City Attorney ha.s approved the form of dedication; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED� That the Council does hereby accept dedication of the
following permanent easement for alley purposes, and the City Attorney
is authorized to place the said dedication of record:
The East 20 feet of Lot 3, Block 11, Arlington
Hills Addition to Saint Paul.
