Mr. and Mrs . William Hydukovich the sum of $164.25 in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or about August 14, 1974, as more particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on September 6, 1974. Drug Stores by Baron Desnick, requests reimbursement for damages done to glass door by a City of Saint Paul crew tearing up sidewalk to in- stall a traffic signal. Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves the settlement of Desnick Bros. Drug Sotres claim in the amount of $100.90. Claima.nt, Elinor J. Mc Cracken by her attorney, Edward T. Donohue, requests reimbursement for medical bills incurred as the result of a falldown on September 26, 1973 . Ms. McCracken fell on the wooden sidewalk next to the old Selby Avenue street car tunnel. Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves the settlement of Ms. McCracken' s claim in the amount of $80.00.
