The basis for the recommendation is as follows: You were noti£ed by letter dated Apri117, 2001 of the fact that your license fees are delinquent and that late fees were being waived due to late noti£cation. Despite that letter, as of today's date, no payment has been made, nor have you contacted LIEP to indicate that you are no longer operating in Saint Paui. If you do not dispute the above facts, please send me a letter admittin� that they are true. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the Saint Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, is appropriate. You will have an opportunity to appear before the Council and make a statement on your own behalf. The recommendation from the licensing office is for the immediate suspension of your license until all license fees and late fees, which are now being assessed, have been paid in full. You may also pay the license fees and late fees to the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection immediately to take care of this matter.
