CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY

LEO SPENCE, FRANK P. VAN HORN, AND STATE
FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY
Claimant, Leo Spence, requests reimbursement for his
automobile battery which was stolen while it was in the
Saint Paul Impounding Lot. Towed Vehicle Report states
battery was in the car when it was towed. Liability is
on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Spence' s claim in the amount of $48.00.
Claimant, Frank P. Van Horn, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police,
vehicle. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses
are for the repair of his damaged vheicle. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Van Horn' s claim in the
amount of $156.03.
Claimant, State Farm Mutua 1 Automobile Insurance Company,
requests reimbursement for monies paid out to it' s insured,
St. Agnes Center. The vehicle owned by the St. Agnes
Center was involved in an accident with a vehicle owned
by the City of Saint Paul, Department of Police. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. Liability is
on the part of the City. This office approves the settle-
ment of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company' s
claim in the amount of $452.99.
