release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Easements Fund, 01310-511-000, to:
Mrs. Margaret Koenig the sum of $400.00 in full settle-
ment of her c la im of dama ges susta ined on or about
April, 1973, as more particularly set out in a communi-
cation to the City Council on October 30, 1975.

Claimant, Mrs. Margaret Koenig, requests reimbursement
for repairs needed to make her garage access.ible. The
garage was rendered unusable when the city paved the
alley behind Mrs. Koenig' s house. Mr. Jaek Davis� from
the Department of Public Works, and Mr. Roy Bredahl,
from Valuation, surveyed the damage. They agreed that
an error was made in the grading of the alley. Liability
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mrs. Koenig' s claim in the amount of $400.00
to be paid out the Easement account�
