NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby ratifies the Mayor's appointment of Cynthia Kunz, Information and Complaint Officer for the City of Saint Paul, to serve as Emergency Fuel Coordinator, at no increase in salary, effective immediately.
