Rights Commission members assembled pursuant to Chapter 74 of the Legislative Code to hear discrimination cases; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Council hereby consents to the City Attorney' s request and approves the appointment of R. Scott Davies, attorney at law, as special counsel and hearing officer in a certain discrimination case entitled "Donald Lewis, Director, St. Pau1 Department of Human Rights, on behalf of Tracie Erickson . vs. Hy Brazeman, and Three Sisters Dress Shop, a subsidiary of the Miiler-Wohl Company, Inc.", and sets his compensation for services performed at $40.00 per hour; his fees being payable by and from the Department of Human Rights.
